THE BEST Experience Ever Had In Any Dealership Clifford is the most helpful, honest, and friendly sales person I have ever met. He has explained all the details and information about the car to me, Clifford is the most helpful, honest, and friendly sales person I have ever met. Also, he is really patience because I was waiting for the car to arrive for pick up, but it was like an hour wait, which is very weird. However, Clifford has waited with me for an entire hour even though he had clocked out! It was on December 24 and he could have leave the office already. When I was waiting for insurance to be issued, I'm not sure should I sign the contract yet because I do not want to leave the dealership without the car since my insurance was not processed yet. However, Clifford offered different kind of helps, such as driving the car for me since he is covered, or ride with me and he will uber home (my house is like 25 miles away from him). Where can you get this quality of customer service?! Clifford does not feels like a sales person to me, since we have chatted a lot of things beside the car. I can see that he is engaging in all of our conversations, and he started different topic as well. Doesn't feel pushy or any pressure from him. You can open up yourself and let him know all your concerns, and you won't feel he is trying to play tricks or hide anything from you. If anyone is reading this comment, please schedule an appointment with him when you are trying to do a test drive or purchase a car. More
