They have yet to disappoint and the employees I've dealt with throughout these years have been excellent, including those in the Service Dept. Mr. Bynum represented the dealership well. He was gracious, listened, and spoke in the right tone; made him easy to deal with. At the same token I told him exactly what I wanted and my concerns and we were able to close the deal. Mr. Huynh is a fast talker, literally, (think it's because he just has the finance part of the deal memorized so well), but he will pause and answer any questions/concerns you may have no matter how many times you ask:) like I did.
