We had an awesome experience here! We ended up buying on our second visit with Nick who was patient with my many MANY questions and had no problem taking the time to answer all of them and made sure that I our second visit with Nick who was patient with my many MANY questions and had no problem taking the time to answer all of them and made sure that I was making the best choice for what would fit our family’s needs. We did multiple test drives, put the cars side by side so I could really compare the features, and ran the numbers on both cars that I was deciding between to really see which would work best for us in all aspects (CX30 vs CX5). I never once felt pressured, and truly felt like Nick made sure that we were 100% comfortable before moving forward. We had our 5 year old with us too which is never exactly fun, but she even enjoyed the whole experience! The whole staff was great, but the service we received from Nick was top notch. When it came to the financing Vu had all the paperwork ready to go and we were out of there in a jiffy. It was so simple and he took the time to explain what was important to us. More

First Time Car Owner - Good Experience! It's my first time buying a car and I went through the Costco Auto Program. I filled out my form online and was contacted by a Mazda rep (Jaik) within It's my first time buying a car and I went through the Costco Auto Program. I filled out my form online and was contacted by a Mazda rep (Jaik) within two minutes after my submission! I set up an appointment for a Saturday morning to test drive the two cars I was eyeing (CX-30 and CX-5). During my entire process from start to finish, not once did I feel pressured. (Love it!) Also, love how it's a dog-friendly place and no one seemed to mind two German Shepherds just snoozing away inside the building. Jaik was awesome, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He answered all the questions we had and also put my mom's worries at ease. He kept us up to date during the entire process. Thank you Mazda for making my first car buying experience such a good one!
