My experiences with other dealerships have been very poor. Most of which have been dishonest, over inflated prices and hard pressed for a sale, no matter what. Flate out lies and further dishonesty. I have been in the market for another vehicle for about a year and a half, looking. researching, and many questions. Gerlie and I started working together last year in 2019 about October, looking at new vs used. She was very professional. She Answered all of my questions, and the questions she didnt have the answer for she got the awnsers before our next conversation. Full transparency and integrity are two principles that come to mind with how Mazda of Elk Grove operates business. Gerlie helped me narrow in on a vehicle that matched my needs and wants. We knew what my budget was and I choose a Mazda3 spot sedan. What a beautiful car! Gerlie worked with her finance manager Fritz, and got me approved at a fair APR even with my challenged credit. The financial manager made the whole deal work, coming in under my projected budget! Just wow. I was truely blown away at the level of personal care the mazda team put into my vehicle deal. I will definitely be recommending this dealership to my friends and family. More

These folks honored every one of my requests in terms of setting up financing, picking a car, etc. So when I can to the dealership, virtually everything was in place to meet all of my expectations. There was no "back & forth to ask my manager," and not a hint of disrespect or condescension regarding any of the requests I made. At every turn the staff took initiative in quickly responding to me after I sent a text or email. The day of the appointment, they made a courtesy call right on the dot of the starting time. I had done enough research to know the price, interest rate, terms, etc. was as good as I could get at other dealers, so on my part I did not waste their time with needless haggling. That was only possible because what they were offering was highly competitive with other car providers. Add complete courtesy, professionalism and attention to detail by the folks I worked with, and this car buying experience was the best I've ever had, bar none. More
