Cyole was great and presented several options with clarity and patience. Hesam promised 2.99% financing which turned into 6.05% the morning the car was to be delivered (because of problems with my ex clarity and patience. Hesam promised 2.99% financing which turned into 6.05% the morning the car was to be delivered (because of problems with my expired drivers license and the finance company not accepting the DMV's one year extension because of the pandemic). Hesam said there would be no finance charge if the car was to be refinanced later and yet the contract stated there may be a minimum refinancing charge. Hesam said there would be no deductible in the warranty contract ("just like a new car warranty") and yet there is a $100 deductible. Also there is no second key which we found out after the car was delivered . I called Hesam Friday the 19th and left a detailed message about these concerns....No call back. I called Cyole who said he contacted Hesam on Friday and Hesam told him that he would call me....yet no call....I called again on Monday and left the same detailed message yet still no call back. That is why I'm leaving this message now. I signed the contract in good faith with no reason to doubt the contract would be different than what we had agreed upon. Only when I looked for the address of the financer to set up a payment schedule did I see the various discrepancies. So mixed results overall ...I'm confident the remaining issues can be addressed for a positive closure so please have someone else call me since Hesam appears to be too busy and frankly has lost credibility.. The car runs great and we appreciate Grants call and all the detail work is fantastic. We love Mazdas and own a Miata with over 270000 miles and still going (barely) And we really appreciate Cyole and Ray delivering our car right to our house. I wandered in a few days ago just to test drive a crossover, unsure if buying a new car was necessary. He listened to my situation, we checked out a few models, and ultimately, I traded in my vehicle for a new CX-5. Stepping into the showroom/building, every single employee who passed by said hello, some offered additional information or expertise, and overall, it was an enjoyable experience although I was quite stressed. Today, the CX-5 is two days old for me, I am out of town, and the car is parked in the garage, and I am so happy with my choice and the experience I had at Mazda EG. I appreciate David G. for working with me on the trade-in and the finance situation. I was truly on the fence about getting into a new car when I already had a pretty new car, but Mazda Elk Grove met me at my level and eased me into a vehicle I am so happy to be in.
