Car needs over $3K in repairs. They used the fact it was a previous service tech's car as a selling point. Took it to my Subaru dealership my parents have used for years and they said clutch is working but needs to be replaced. Also bought the car with 59,928 miles on it so it needed the $1,500 60K mile service. I guess their service tech traded it in just in time for it to become my problem. First used car purchase on my own. I'm a college student. More

I had a decent experience while buying the car. But not so great while getting the service done. I called them three times to get me a estimate for my care service and never got a call back(they sa But not so great while getting the service done. Also I had a $50 oil change coupon with me(which was given by them when I bought the new car from them), and they said It can't be used. I literally drove 100+ miles to get the service done from them and it turned out to be not so great experience. More
