After having a bad experience with another dealer in Concord, I came to Elk Grove Mazda and let them know the situation I was in. Kevin Burke went above and beyond for us. After calling multiple dealerships, we came to learn many dealerships charge mark ups and try to tack on a bunch of accessories at exorbitant prices. After calling multiple dealerships, we came to learn many dealerships charge mark ups and try to tack on a bunch of accessories at exorbitant prices. We were relieved to find Mazda Elk Grove charges MSRP + Taxes. That’s it! Kevin was able to do most of the selling process for me over the phone and gave me the OTD price in minutes. When speaking to other dealerships, they tried pushing me to come in and would not give me a price or said they’d be open to “negotiate”. After test driving at the Mazda in Vacaville, we were pressured into test driving a vehicle with add one we didn’t want and had a hectic experience. We were able to test drive the CX30 and were quoted $5,000 higher than what we paid for at Mazda Elk Grove with Kevin. I’m glad we didn’t purchase from the Vacaville dealership and called Elk Grove Mazda that very same night. From there, we had the best experience buying from Kevin and recommend Mazda Elk Grove & Kevin Burke to everyone! If we ever are on the market for another vehicle, we will go with Kevin at Mazda Elk Grove! Kevin wasn’t pushy and genuinely wanted to help us find our dream car! Taylor of the finance department was personable and made sure we understood everything we were signing. We love the Elk Grove Mazda team! More
