I took a chance on driving down to check out a new CX-9 last week and not only left with the vehicle I came to look at, but also left feeling like I needed to write a review for the first time ever. Jaik is an excellent salesperson and knows how to quickly find common ground and build trust. At no point did I feel like I was being oversold on anything and I'm confident I'll be back in a few years for another one. It's shocking the difference it makes when salespeople are paid on volume as opposed to price tag. Jaik's goal was to sell a car that day, not to get an extra spiff or bonus on some valueless add-on at the last minute. Definitely recommend Jaik and the dealership as a whole.
