JT, Thank you for bringing your vehicle back in for us to diagnose and ensure everything is working well. We value your business and being fully transparent with all our clients. We assure you prior to your purchase, your vehicle received an oil change, tire rotation, and filter change which can be seen on the car fax report. During the initial inspection, we also found your spark plugs in working condition, your engine did not appear to need the fuel induction service, and your brake fluid did not appear to be in need of a flush, which is what you would have paid for during a 60,000 mile service. I understand you paid for a platinum service at San Jose Subaru, and I apologize if you were misled in any way. As for the clutch, after further diagnostics here, our technicians are indicating this does not need to be replaced. We sincerely apologize if there has been any confusion or frustration. We always work to do the right thing and assure you the vehicle is in safe working condition.
