Got a brand new 2024 suv from them, only for the suv to randomly stall at 1am with 3 malfunction lights come on, one being an engine malfunction. Therefore, not being able to drive the vehicle, I had to pa randomly stall at 1am with 3 malfunction lights come on, one being an engine malfunction. Therefore, not being able to drive the vehicle, I had to pay outta pocket $300 of my own money for it to get towed home, then only for the dealership tell me to I needed to use Mazda roadside assistance to have it towed from my house back to the dealership for inspection. After waiting 5 1/2 hours for a tow truck on my only day off as a nurse, was definitely eye opening. I am thankful I wasn’t on my to Vegas or San Fran; would’ve been stranded on the road for hours. Also, the manager never called back “in 5 mins” as he promised multiple times, he made a sales man call me back. Once, they got the vehicle, no one communicated what was wrong with the car. They kept it for multiple days and then one day a tech calls and says they charged the vehicle but they’re not replacing the battery (which doesn’t make sense). Upon picking up the car, the other tech insinuates I left a light on in the car when I actually have the setting for no lights to come on when doors open, had he check that and not scratched the leather trimming in front of the navigation screen with something red as it’s not coming off, also with no gas and gave them 3/4 of a tank when it was towed in. Needless to say, don’t go to this dealership, go to elsewhere. They do not care about their customers, only making a sale. More

Had an appointment set up on 1/15/24 at 4 pm waited for. 1 hr and I was told by Martin (Advisor) since it late that I have tonleave the overnight and will call me right away for any updates. I've gone to Puente Hills Mazda for years because at the time I purchased my Mazda they were the closest dealership to me. Now that Mazda of Claremont is open, I decided to given them a try. PH Mazda has al time I purchased my Mazda they were the closest dealership to me. Now that Mazda of Claremont is open, I decided to given them a try. PH Mazda has always taken great care of me, but from the moment I called Claremont ahead of my appointment to ask a question, Martin took the service experience to a whole new level. He also happened to be the advisor I was helped by when I showed up for service and the attentiveness and professionalism were frankly something I've not experienced at any car dealership ever, or with most businesses to be honest. I was a little hesitant to switch servicing dealerships to be honest given how long I have been going to PH Mazda, but in addition to being much closer to me, Martin made this experience from start to finish one that will definitely have me coming back! More
