The test drive experience went extremely in large part due to Dion's product knowledge, expert recommendation, and world class professionalism. We never felt rushed and had plenty of time really get a feel for the car in several different parts of town (scenic routes, standard traffic, parking lots). At the culmination of the pleasant and entertaining test drive, Dion did not pressure us to immediately purchase the car that evening. We indicated that we planned on purchasing that weekend, but we needed to sleep on the decision. Every single staff interaction we had was just top notch. Shannon and Ray both took great care of us and helped us navigate our way through the buying process efficiently and smoothly. We were even advised on how to best take advantage of various promotions and incentives offered by Mazda. Dion was simply an awesome dude to work with and we unquestionably be returning for continued service and future purchasing.
