For the last three years, Sean Hardnic I have had a long standing relationship with this dealership and I have purchased 5 cars in the last 15 years. For the last three years, Sean Hardnick has been my sales person. Sean is an example of a perfect sales person. He gets to know the customers needs and makes sure they are satisfied. I have also had excellent experience with the service department. The service guys always address me by my name and make an extra effort to clean and vacuum the car before returning the keys. In addition, they are very honest and do not try to over sell repairs that I do not need. Great job guys! More

I am beyond impressed with my entire experience since my 1st phone call. i live in akron area so i didnt want to drive to bedford multiple times, these guys made it so i didnt have to. when we showed up they cleaned car off for us to test drive with antonio. sign loan agreement, (the 1 i told him was my ideal situation) and we were on our way. i will be making ALL future car purchases at mazda of bedford. this is a 1 of a kind dealership with honest people who want to help you, not rip you off like majority of dealerships. if your like me and are trying to fix your situation and just need someone to be on your side and willing to do what it takes to get you what you need give these guys a call. INITIAL OIL CHANGE I scheduled my oil change on - line (at my convenience ) . As I had previously met Milo and Michelle ( when purchasing my 2014 3 hatchback, and 2015 I scheduled my oil change on - line (at my convenience ) . As I had previously met Milo and Michelle ( when purchasing my 2014 3 hatchback, and 2015 Miata ) they recognized me when I arrived, and my scheduled oil change proceeded at 9:00 - no waiting! My oil change only took approximately 20 minutes - I passed the time by chatting with Craig Toddy and Shannon Clark about the new 2016 Miata and when it might be available to this dealership. Tremendously Satisfied !! More
