From my first interaction vie email My recent new car purchase experience with Mazda of Bedford compelled me to take time and write this review. From my first interaction vie email to inquire about their vehicle offerings, through the closing of the transaction on a new 2015 Mazda 6, I was consistently treated in a way that reflected a high customer orientation and focus. I dealt with various staff throughout the process, and all were very friendly and professional in their approach, with an eye on ensuring a good experience for me. Buying a car can sometimes be stressful and frustrating, but the folks at Mazda of Bedford did a great job managing the overall process in a way that fits my approach, avoiding the high pressure selling techniques that I’ve encountered with other dealers. They seem to place value on creating a good customer experience, which will certainly contribute to creating satisfied customers. The folks involved with my transaction included Scott Newman, Shannon Clark, Antonio Byrd, Igor Tziporski, Jon Chaney and Michael DeSalvo … each contributing certain elements, including competently covering when another associate was unavailable … a true team approach. I will gladly recommend this dealer to family and friends. More

The sales people here truly want you to have a smile on your face leaving and knowing you made a great purchase. Also I worked with Ray for the finance part of my car and he had me out of his office in record time. I am truly glad that I chose this dealer as my experience. More

The whole process, from start to finish, was honest, efficient, and enjoyable! We loved test driving various vehicles to get the feel for the car and were able to decide on exactly what we wanted through this process. Negations were fair and we walked away feeling confident that we got a great deal and an awesome vehicle! Thanks to Tyler, our sales rep, and Scott for everything! More

Making the best of a bad situation I was in need of a car, and my fiancee and I had a very positive experience a few years ago when buying her Mazda 3 hatchback. I was in the market for I was in need of a car, and my fiancee and I had a very positive experience a few years ago when buying her Mazda 3 hatchback. I was in the market for a much less expensive used car, and Tyler was able to find a vehicle for me that met my standards and budget (very patiently, I might add). Unfortunately, this vehicle soon had some unforeseen transmission issues. When I notified Jon Chaney of the problem, I knew that my options were limited because I had purchased "as is". Luckily, Jon was receptive to my problem and offered me several different choices, one of them being that they would take the van back and work with me on a lease. Pretty impressive considering that they didn't technically have to. Tyler was incredibly helpful and attentive when I returned to the dealership. I was understandably quite rattled by the experience with the van and had some financial questions. He made the process of leasing as simple as possible and soothed all of my warranty concerns and my aversion to leasing based on some stories I had heard. He was able to provide me with real numbers when it came to mileage overages and damages. Unfortunately, the bank had closed and I had to return to sign the following day, when I was helped by Antonio. He walked me through the rest of the leasing process and was very friendly. He was knowledgeable about My 2015 Mazda 3 as well. I would have been lost without his guidance regarding some of the more advanced features. To top it all off, Jon came over before the deal was done, apologized again for the inconvenience, and asked me if I'd like to have the other vehicle towed that night so I could park in my driveway. And he did it. While the situation isn't ideal as a whole, I don't think I would have had even a fair experience at another lot. At Mazda of Bedford, I left feeling that I had been taken care of better than expected. More

I can only rate my sales experience with Scott Newman, Sean Hardnick, and Michael DeSalvo as Superior. They gave me the feeling that I was an individual and not just another number. They graciously welcomed me into the "Mazda" family.
