Great service visit Had a problem with brakes on 2017 3. Out of warranty BUT Milo had me call Mazda customer care and they ended up covering most of the cost. They also tacked my bumper fascia back on at no charge. Car was done and cleaned in a day! I’ve used them for years going back to my Saab days. Good bunch. More

I was so suprised at how I was treated and recieved by all 3 people. Every part of the deal the was done over the phone was exactly how it was presented to me when I showed up there. I want to give an *atta boy* to Kevin O'Malley, Scott Newman, and Ray Cieslak for the way I was treated! I was picked up at the airport by Kevin, met Scott, signed all the paperwork with Ray and before I knew I was on my way home. A *Happy Camper* in my new signature. Fantastic experience from start to finish. Started online and via e-mail getting info about the CX-9. Very quick to respond and provided info I asked for. Went in to test drive and the experience got even better. People are friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. I was able to negotiate a great deal too. They even have a valet service that picks up your car for service. That’s something you typically find in luxury level dealerships. Overall great experience and would highly recommend dealership to anyone looking for a Mazda. More
