I have built a trusted relationship with several employees including the service department, sales and finance. I have always received excellent service from everyone. Sean Hardnick has been my sales contact for my last three purchases. This gentleman handles himself with such a high degree of professionalism, that he make the buying experience fun. I considered some other cars, but the service at Mazda is impeccable. They have maintained my car for 14 years, and I trust them without question. When it was time to buy a new car Mazda was my best and only choice. Thanks Mazda. More

Resolution I recently purchased my first Mazda....a 2016 CX-5. This dealership went above and beyond to make sure that I am COMPLETELY happy with my purchase. I recently purchased my first Mazda....a 2016 CX-5. This dealership went above and beyond to make sure that I am COMPLETELY happy with my purchase. From the initial sale to the service afterward this has been a positive experience. Somehow there was a nail in my tire that came home with me and they REPLACED my tire so I wouldn't be worried about my brand new car! Just can't say enough about the team at Mazda of Bedford. More
Wonderful Relief Today was our first visit to this dealership. We arrived apprehensive and on guard because of a horrible past experience elsewhere. We had contacted Mazda of Bedford and set up an appointment to see a specific vehicle. Jon Chaney was prompt and helpful in setting that up for us. We even called the night prior because the internet price had gone up by $770! Shannon Clark assured us that it was simply an error and they would honor the original price. What a wonderful relief it was to meet and work with honest people who respected us! Never once did anyone attempt to sell us a different vehicle. They were true to their word, honored the original price and honored a $200 off coupon we printed from the Bedford Automile website! Craig Toddy was a real gentleman and was thorough in his explanations and genuine in his care of our family. Ray in finance did a great job summarizing all of thr lengthy paperwork and answered every question. We're so happy with our purchase and thank God for each kind and honest person we met at this dealership! More
