Truly Outstanding I originally liked a Mazda from Montrose Mazda in Cleveland, but didn't feel very welcome and I was only treated as a number. I decided to try out Mazda of Bedford and I was immediately welcomed by Scott, the sales manager, and Kevin, a client advisor. They made me feel relaxed and comfortable as I looked around the lot. Kevin took the time to listen to me and find exactly what I wanted. My car was planned to be delivered to the dealership within the next few days and then it turned out that it had come in earlier that morning and I could take it home that same day! I originally went in for a test drive and to look around, but they made everything so simple that I ended up walking away with a new car. Entire process from sales to finance was quick and easy. I couldn't ask for anything better! Great customer service is extremely important to me and that is why Mazda of Bedford will have my business for a long time! There is no reason to go anywhere else. Thank you Kevin, Scott, and Shannon for making my car buying experience truly outstanding! More

Tyler is a Great Guy I had called about availability of a vehicle and was told they were short staffed on Sunday so it took a minute to get someone on the phone. Was really good that the staff explained that ahead of time. A manager got on the phone but was not familiar with which state I would pay taxes in and said someone would call me tomorrow. That same day I received a very nice voice message from Tyler, a salesman. Tyler also called back this morning and was very pleasant to speak with, especially after some of the other places I've called and even dealt with in person. Although the car wasn't quite what I needed, I wanted to be sure Tyler got some credit for his time. You just don't see this kind of pleasantness every day! More

Very unethical sales practices I met with the sales rep with a friend and we were both looking to purchase new vehicles. We were told by the sales rep that we would need to give a d I met with the sales rep with a friend and we were both looking to purchase new vehicles. We were told by the sales rep that we would need to give a deposit so they could order the vehicles that we wanted. The sales rep Tyler gave us a form to fill out and ran our credit cards. Before we agreed to do this he assured us that if anything could not go through with the deal that this money would be given back to us no questions asked. I was nervous doing this because to get the vehicle I still needed my father to co-sign with me to get the financing along with getting title of my current vehicle signed over from my ex-wife for a trade in. He assured me that if anything happened with the financing or anything else preventing the sale of the vehicle the money would be returned. Well now that I can no longer get the title transferred for the trade in or get my father to co-sign due the price of the vehicle payments the rep Tyler and the dealership have gone back on their word. They have told me they are keeping my deposit and too bad. I have spoken to Tyler a few times and begged for them to do the ethical thing in this matter and he has even agreed that this would be the right and appropriate thing to do but says he cannot do this because the sales manager will not allow him to. I have also spoken to the sales manager Scott Newman on a few occasions and he has told me he will not give me my deposit back either and that he is keeping it. They have also threatened to keep my friends deposit and are either doing that or increasing her pricing since we are both no longer buying vehicles from them. That seems very shady and unethical to me. Either keep her pricing the same or give her her deposit back. I am hoping this dealership does the right thing and gives me my money back. My hands are tied, I cannot get financing but they don't seem to care and are going to keep my money anyways. Not good customer service or sales practices More

Best experience I needed a car and went to three different dealerships in Bedford. Initially, Mazda was the underdog. I didn't know a lot about their cars and really I needed a car and went to three different dealerships in Bedford. Initially, Mazda was the underdog. I didn't know a lot about their cars and really had my heart set on a Toyota (Camry or Prius). However, with a great product and sales associate, Tyler was able to pull me over to Mazda. After going to Toyota, where I was unimpressed and my interest plummeted, I quickly returned to Mazda to buy my car. Thank you Tyler for showing me how great Mazda and buying a car could be. I've never had a better experience purchasing a car and do not regret my decision now, two months later. More

Great Sales Team Met with Jeff Claypoole today at the Mazda dealership. He was new to Mazda, but had been in the business for the past 20+ years so felt knowledgeable, Met with Jeff Claypoole today at the Mazda dealership. He was new to Mazda, but had been in the business for the past 20+ years so felt knowledgeable, even if he still had to look up or ask co-workers regarding some things specific to Mazda. Felt that the dealership was very friendly and easy to ask questions of to find out what I needed to know. I looked at a Mazda 3 while there and it ended up not currently including some of the features I was looking for, or when it did include others I wanted, it only had them in the highest trim level, which didn't compare to the competitors lower trim levels. That said, the staff there was excellent, so it wasn't a problem with the buying experience, just the features available at the time. Jeff even stayed after to allow us a test drive to compare features and that shows dedication. Thanks! More
