Mark, Thank you for your feedback. We do understand that the original frustration of us not having the correct phone number was inconvenient and we do truly apologize for that situation. We are just unclear on the rest of the situation regarding your mirror. Your Credit Card was charged the same day that you placed the order and your mirror has been here for over a month. Were you calling the Service department or the Parts department? That is where we think the mix up may have been, since they are separate departments and may not be up to speed with each others orders. If you would like to supply an address, we would be more than happy to ship the mirror to you or your mirror is here for pick up. You can also reach out to Scot Strong, our Parts Manager directly.

Mark, Since my original reply, I have continued to investigate this issue to find out where the situation could have been improved, or prevented. It seems that the service department were the ones who were getting the phone call/ information multiple times, since there department is separate than the Parts department, which is where the order was first placed, they assumed that it had not been taken care of. Myself and the Owners will be working with the two departments to work on improving communication so situations of frustration like this do not happen going forward. Again, I am sorry for any inconvenience and appreciate your feedback. Shannon Clark
