Great Buying Experience I had been shopping for a vehicle for quite some time and visited several dealerships. As I shopped, I found many did not meet my standard of integrity. I decided on a Mazda CX-5 and a colleague referred me to Sean and Shannon at Mazda of Bedford. My entire buying process was effortless and hassle free. I felt no sales pressure from Sean who listened well and answered all of my questions, even the ones’ I forgot to ask. My negotiations with Shannon were simple and upfront which for me, sealed the deal. I felt very comfortable and completely relaxed and was treated like a member of their extended family. I dread car shopping, but immediately sensed a friendly, no pressure vibe at Mazda when I walked in. Both took the time to understand my car needs/wants and matched me with a mazda6 Touring. Bill is very low key and patient and really knows what he sells-- he drives a 6 himself and was able to answer all my questions during the test drives. And when I picked the car up, Bill went over every feature, helped me set up options and provided helpful suggestions-- I've never had a car salesman take that much time at delivery before. Bill , Scott and the dealership are very customer focused and great to do business with. I got a good deal on my lease and love my car. More

Searching for a used car within my price range was a long, somewhat complicated process and I am happy to say that my experience at Mazda of Bedford made it quick and easy. I owe a great deal of this to the person who helped me - Edward Ross. Mr. Ross was genuine, helpful, and interested in helping me find a car that was right for me. What I liked most about my experience is that he made me feel comfortable and was not at all pushy - just wanted me to find the right fit within my budget. Of all the salespeople I dealt with, he was the most personable and down-to earth but also the most knowledgeable and willing to answer questions/ discuss the vehicles I was interested in. I was referred to Mazda of Bedford for the first time in 2013. I talked to Bill Anton about wanting a Mazda 6 and he made it happen. Fast forward 3 1/2 years later. My lease is about to end and I needed to start looking for a different car. He contacted me before I could contact him, and I let him know that I was interested in the CX5. When I arrived for my appointment, he already had the car waiting for me without me telling him what I wanted!! We ended up working out a great deal, and I am in love with my new car. What sets him apart from everyone else is his ability to make you feel comfortable. I never feel pressured or akward when buying a car. He takes the time to understand your wants, need and concerns when buying a car. I sorta feel like family when I visit the dealership! More

I wanted to buy a madza but the only available mazdas didn't have what I wanted which was heated seats and a sunroof. I was determined not to buy a car without everything I wanted in it. I was set on getting heated seats and a sunroof in my new car and Edward was very patient with me and managed to get me the car I wanted and had a heated seat and sunroof installed for me! And he still kept me within my price range! I absolutely LOVE my car! Thank you Edward!!!! More
