Quality sercive I saw a vehicle online and decided to go up to the dealership to check it out. When I got there is was sleeting and freezing. With in seconds Tyler wa I saw a vehicle online and decided to go up to the dealership to check it out. When I got there is was sleeting and freezing. With in seconds Tyler was running across the the street to the used lot where I was. Tyler cut straight to the point and put me in the driver seat for a test drive. Not once did he restrict me on the test drive. I like to test every function of the vehicle and drive on the highway. By the end of the test drive I told Tyler where I needed to be on payment. He did not blink before he made it happen. I drove the car off the lot and went home with in a hour. This is my second vehicle from Mazda of Bedford. There is no reason when it comes time for me to buy again it won't be from them. Very pleased with the no BS process More

She allowed me to direct my purchase without high pressure or the apathy I've felt in past dealerships. In fact she stayed with the process the whole way through and it was kinda a long one. I am totally convinced that I will be back to Mazda if Bedford in the future and I will ask for Katrina to help me as I trust her. And that's saying something. Scott took the time to make connections and ask questions rather than "handing us off" to any particular worker. Having just left a dealership down the street where we were neither impressed with the personability or knowledge of the salesmen, it was a pleasure to work with a group of individuals who thoroughly know their cars and care about their clients. Two weeks prior I was in a serious car accident. I wanted a vehicle in which I felt safe and I knew would protect me. I left that same evening with a 2017 Mazda3, a dream car with safety features beyond what I knew existed; and all for a manageable price! I am a first time Mazda owner, but I will be returning to this dealership for all future vehicles. More

They saw her coming!! She ended up leasing a car, but only because of the high pressure sales tactics. The only discount received was a $250 recent college grad discount. That's it. No other discounts or incentives. And on top of that, they charged her $400 more than MSRP. It was all about the sale. Other than greed, I don't understand how a car dealership can take advantage of a 23 year old who has multiple years of car buying ahead of them, just for a one time sale and one time profit. Not only will they lose her as a repeat customer, but any other friends and family that we share this with. More
