They care about doing what's right for the client - as a result I'm telling everyone about my great experience. I found myself between 3 models [of cars] and they helped me narrow the choice by asking targeted questions to understand my needs and my lifestyle. You can tell instantly that these people know what they're talking about. I genuinely hate buying cars, I never understand anything and it always takes too long - not here. They were thorough and engaging, the time flew and I didn't walk away second guessing my choices. Did I mention this recent trip was the 2nd time in 2 years I bought a new car? BOTH at this dealership. Go in and talk to Tyler and Shannon they'll help you understand the options and Chris will help you not feel like you're signing your life away come contract time. Mazda of Bedford was good enough for me to trust them 2 times with new purchases - I don't want to go somewhere else. They build trust and the way they treated me made going back to them a really easy decision. This left me with the hardest [and most important] decision... which color? More
Came for a car, stayed for the coffee I really don't enjoy paperwork, so buying a car is something that makes me pretty nervous, and I'd prefer to avoid it at all costs. That's an impossible daydream, so instead, Edward helped me get into a car that's had me grinning for a week now. The finance department was terrific and patient dodging the potholes of my credit history. No awful corporate vests here. Friendly, almost family-like atmosphere, and the coffee really was terrific. I was helped multiple times over the course of a couple of months by a friendly employee named Edward Ross who works at Mazda of Bed Great experience! I was helped multiple times over the course of a couple of months by a friendly employee named Edward Ross who works at Mazda of Bedford. The man is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the Mazda brand and helped me get the best deal for the car I wanted. He made himself available at all hours of the day, giving me his work phone number and cellphone number. And shout out to Scott Newman for making it possible for me to afford my first choice for my first owned car. Couldn't have had a better experience. More
Great Car Buying Experience I was initially not looking forward to looking to buy a car, because of the experiences I have had in the past, but Edward made the car buying experie I was initially not looking forward to looking to buy a car, because of the experiences I have had in the past, but Edward made the car buying experience extremely pain free! He was extremely knowledgable about the cars and I never felt pressured throughout the whole car buying experience. Ray was also extremely helpful throughout the financing portion. Our sales person, Mark Rice help us through the process, knowing we only had a small window to get the deal done before another appointment, so we wouldn't have to come back later in the day. Finance expert, Ray Cieslak was exceptional, getting us a better deal then the outside financing we had arranged. Thanks Ray! Scott Newman welcomed us when we came in, check up on us and made sure were being taken care of, and it was his day off! Past experience with the service department has always been wonderful. We always take our vehicle back to Bedford which is a bit of a hike, even though we have a Mazda dealership less than a mile away! Highly recommend Mazda of Bedford! More

Love Love Them I needed a car. My car was whimsical and would start often. I decided I had to purchase another car. Mazda of Bedford worked with me even though my I needed a car. My car was whimsical and would start often. I decided I had to purchase another car. Mazda of Bedford worked with me even though my credit was not good. They got me in a year old Mazda 3 with a reasonable monthly payment. Within a year I was able to upgrade to a brand new Mazda 6 at half the interest rate of my first purchase. They are wonderful and helped change my life. Very responsive, reliable, dependable, and thorough. Not going anywhere else. More

Quality sercive I saw a vehicle online and decided to go up to the dealership to check it out. When I got there is was sleeting and freezing. With in seconds Tyler wa I saw a vehicle online and decided to go up to the dealership to check it out. When I got there is was sleeting and freezing. With in seconds Tyler was running across the the street to the used lot where I was. Tyler cut straight to the point and put me in the driver seat for a test drive. Not once did he restrict me on the test drive. I like to test every function of the vehicle and drive on the highway. By the end of the test drive I told Tyler where I needed to be on payment. He did not blink before he made it happen. I drove the car off the lot and went home with in a hour. This is my second vehicle from Mazda of Bedford. There is no reason when it comes time for me to buy again it won't be from them. Very pleased with the no BS process More
