Well today, my wife and I experienced that in Tyler Phelps. We came to look at a very slightly used CX-5. I loved the car, but my wife didn't like the interior color. Tyler didn't push us, but we decided to work with him to see if we could get it at a price that my wife could live with the color. Tyler was great the entire negotiation period. Sad to say, we just couldn't get the Patrick, the used car manager, to meet our price. This happens, because everyone has a bottom line and that is fine. But I can tell you this, we would not hesitate to go back and work with Tyler for our next car. More

Bad Service Experience I bought a 2016 Mazda 6 last March. It began making clicking noises Fall of 2016. On my next oil change I reported it to the service team, who initi I bought a 2016 Mazda 6 last March. It began making clicking noises Fall of 2016. On my next oil change I reported it to the service team, who initially brushed it off as a twig. Then they kept saying they were not able to diagnose it. 3 weeks ago, a service technician finally got in the car with me, and we found the issue to be the infotainment screen which shakes when the car goes over bumps. This causes it to rattle. Now that the problem had been diagnosed, I assumed the fix ought to be quick. Instead it has turned out to be anything but. The technician first stated they had heard about the problem for the first time, and would have to check with Mazda. They never got back to me, and I had to keep calling them a few times. I emailed the salesperson who'd sold me the car, and he came back with the same shpiel. The best part was I was able to find the display screen rattle being discussed online, and has been an issue with Mazda 6s since 2016. The folks there stated one could insert a foam sheet and make the problem go away. The technician offered to do this. I took it in, and while the technician inserted the sheet, and claimed they'd duplicated the problem and fixed it, they'd done no such thing. The problem still exists. As one of my friends stated, when technicians resort to do it yourself fixes, it is symptomatic of a much larger problem with Mazda and its dealers. I urge drivers to stay away from Mazda 6s and Mazda of Bedford, Bedford OH. More

The entire staff, but especially Tyler, go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Anytime we visit Mazda of Bedford we are always met with a smile and a "first-name" greeting. The service department is equally pleasant to work with. Even though I am hard to please and extremely picky, Tyler always makes sure I am completely satisfied. I look forward to doing business with them in the future! More

A fitting review In January 2017, fresh from the Detroit Auto Show, I came to look at Mazda vehicles. I was not prepared to buy at that time, but I wanted to prepare In January 2017, fresh from the Detroit Auto Show, I came to look at Mazda vehicles. I was not prepared to buy at that time, but I wanted to prepare myself should my aging Mazda 3 hatchback fail. The salesman was knowledgeable about Mazda vehicles and with many competing makes and models. He took a thorough assessment of what my needs were to Factor into his reccomendations. There was no sale that day, but the salesman kept up with me every other month or so to check my status and provide updates In June I returned to the dealership with intent to buy. We even extended the test drive to ensure that the new larger vehicle would fit into the garage of my older home. The transaction was low stress and low pressure with a focus on determining the appropriate vehicle for my situation . The process was seamless. More
Quick and Easy Deal Brian was simply a pleasure to deal with and was extremely knowledgeable with all the various Mazda models. I came in on my lunch hour and knew exactl Brian was simply a pleasure to deal with and was extremely knowledgeable with all the various Mazda models. I came in on my lunch hour and knew exactly which car we wanted since I had done much research online and at other dealers. The exact car (color and options) we wanted had actually sold that morning but Brian was able to work with the sales manager to find an identical car from another dealer and we able to close the deal in less than an hour! The car was shipped in from the other dealer within two days! I feel we got a great deal and there was no back and forth nonsense that you normally get when buying a new car. They gave us a fair trade-in as well. We love the car (2017 CX-9) and everyone who sees it can't believe how nice it is! More
