Great Experience On a short budget and in need of a car fairly quickly, my boyfriend and I visited Mazda of Bedford to look at one of their pre-owned vehicles that the On a short budget and in need of a car fairly quickly, my boyfriend and I visited Mazda of Bedford to look at one of their pre-owned vehicles that they had available. I thought I knew what to expect going in, but our salesman Tyler Phelps went above and beyond my expectations. Tyler was straight to the point, told us what we needed to know without sugarcoating it all the way through to the purchase process. When I was unsure about the vehicle I was looking at, Tyler and Patrick both saw my uncertainty and took it to heart that they would not sell me the vehicle until I was 100% certain that that vehicle was what I wanted. A few days later, Tyler even went out of his way to personally call and check in to see how everything was going and how I was doing. Through the final purchase process, everything was quick and easy. Where most dealerships take about an hour in finance, I had spent no more than 15 minutes with Mike Kendren. Mike was fantastic, polite, and very thorough about all of the finance information, leaving out no details and checking with me before every signature that I knew what I was signing for. These three specifically made me feel like family and treated me with nothing but the utmost respect like a high end customer making an expensive purchase and not just a 20-year-old trying to buy a $4,000 car. Mazda of Bedford exceeded any expectations I could have for a dealership. I am also very happy that I grabbed more than one business card from Tyler and Mike as I am very excited to tell others about my fantastic visit. More

I am from Youngstown, and drove over an hour to lease my new Mazda CX-5 from this location. Our sales representative Phil was extremely educated about the vehicle, and took my boyfriend and I for a very informative test drive. He was able to answer any question we had. Unfortunately we had arrived at the dealership late, and after making the decision to take the vehicle we test drove it was past closing time. Everyone continued to take excellent care of us, never making us feel rushed. I'm so incredibly happy with my car! It is the first Mazda I have had, and I can confidently say it will not be my last. My vehicle search was getting the best of me and i felt like all the vehicles i was looking at were beginning to blur together as i couldn't remember which vehicle had what and which vehicle had another thing in it that i liked. I came into Mazda of Bedford and spoke with Edward Ross, who was more than happy to assist me in my search and assured me that they had multiple options available on their lot. He went over the differences with me and even showed me a comparison online as to what each vehicle had vs another. Ultimately decided on a CX5 and love the vehicle! Will be sending all of my friends and family to come see Edward. More
