He spent a lot of time with us and went over everything, if he didn't have an answer he found out. Everyone in the dealership was helpful and accommodating. They made the experience enjoyable. I wasn't even sure I wanted to purchase a car. The trade in values were fair and everyone was courteous. By the end of the day my sister and I both left the dealership with cars. Logan did a fantastic job as well as the GM, and other people that surrounded Logan. I would highly recommend Mazda of Bedford. More

Outstanding Customer Service Sean Hardnick and Scott Newman showed what customer service truly means. They helped when they didn’t have to. I had recently leased a vehicle with Sean Hardnick and Scott Newman showed what customer service truly means. They helped when they didn’t have to. I had recently leased a vehicle with Hyundai but was having trouble with the vehicle and they listened and showed concern for the problem I was having. Unfortunately, the Hyundai dealership which I had been a customer for more years than I can count did not show the same concern. One of the valuable lessons learned in this situation…do not sacrifice quality of service for convenience. The Hyundai dealership was close to home on the westside of Cleveland and the Mazda dealership in Bedford is over 20 miles from me. But becoming a customer of Mazda of Bedford is well worth the drive. The quality of the business and customer service is great. Now thanks to the help of Sean and Scott, I am in a new Mazda3. What an overall improvement. The comfort and safety of this vehicle is great. Your concern and willingness to help was outstanding. I don’t think I can say THANK YOU enough!!! Completing all of the paperwork can be tedious, but Ray Cieslak made completion of the paperwork seamless. GREAT TEAM! More

I went to another popular dealership in Cleveland and got a quote on a 2018 lease that was out of my price range, and they did little to budge on it. I then got recommended to Mazda of Bedford, and boy was I glad I took the trip out. I was straight with them and told them my need for a payment to be under a specific amount. I originally went in to look at a pre-owned, but after hearing my payment requirements and my car requirements I ended up walking out with a 2018 lease on a Mazda3, with everything I wanted AND within my budget!! I couldn’t be happier! Also, the entire environment was so familial and calm, I didn’t feel like I was just another sale. It was especially comforting to know that my girlfriend and I were welcome with open arms, and she was so impressed that she’s thinking of going back in the spring to get herself a Mazda! I am one happy lady, and so much thanks goes to Jerry, Sean, and Shannon for getting me in a safe car that I love and that I can afford. More

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised with the professionalism and support we received from the staff at MOB the minute we walked into the Showroom. Bill Anton helped guide us to a short list of cars that were aligned with our requirements, and gave us the time to narrow down the options to the perfect vehicle for us. Patrick Sheehan helped us resolve some minor issues and we made the purchase. We have owned the car for a few weeks now and remain completely satisfied with the purchase. We will be back to MOB for another Mazda when the time comes. More

When I arrived, my car had a sign saying it was coming home with me! I thought that was a very cute personal touch. I researched all the big name reviews, before making my buying decision. My CX3 is fun to drive, and makes me think it's the offspring of a sports car and an SUV! I love it!! The backseat is super tight, but thankfully, it's usually just me in the car. I didn't want to downsize, but I'm so glad I did. When I arrived at the dealership, everything was done and ready fr signatures and review. Shannon listened closely to the things that were important for my husband and me, and made it happen! GREAT experience, overall!! Michael reviewed everything I wanted to review. He was very pleasant to work with also. He was prepared, in the event that we had additional questions and knew from Shannon that we are pretty oriented to accuracy and detail. He did a great job helping us understand the functionality of our new car. More
