This dealership is the worst I have ever dealt with and I have bought numerous cars in my lifetime. They talked me into a 3 year maintenance package saying it was unlimited oil changes for the first 3 years have bought numerous cars in my lifetime. They talked me into a 3 year maintenance package saying it was unlimited oil changes for the first 3 years then after I bought the car they tell me that is only covers 2 oil changes a year which doesn’t really matter because I am not from Amarillo and when I call in advance to get my oil changed while I am in Amarillo they can never get me in!! I called the service dept everyday for a week and just got a message that the VM was full and could not accept messages and when I finally got the receptionist the following week she said she was so busy that she couldn’t even stay at her desk!! And the resale value of the 2022 Mazda CX9 that I bought is so low I can’t even get rid of the car so that I don’t have to ever deal with this dealership again!! This place is a joke!! More

Store is a laughing stock! !!! After being lied to about the price of the vehicle, the supposed vice president approached me very nice and welcoming about 15 mins after he w !!! The N word!!!! The vice president shouldn’t wear his shirt untucked with white beach pants and yeezy shoes. The VP fits for how that store presents its self! Never will I go back! More
