I am truly disappointed at my experience with the Mazda store on Georgia. After countless horrible reviews I decided to venture in give and them a shot. Upon pulling into the parking lot I could not even p store on Georgia. After countless horrible reviews I decided to venture in give and them a shot. Upon pulling into the parking lot I could not even park in the front, when I finally landed a spot I was rushed by 7 men to “help” me. Once I was able to get in the doors I was introduced to a mouth full of smoke from the 2 employees smoking up front. After going from vehicle to vehicle ( one vehicle had no working windshield wipers) (one vehicle was completely dead) (one vehicle the brake lites didn’t work). Finally made it back inside and ended up looking at a new vehicle. The salesman tried to slide on a 5000$ price increase and told me that’s how the car comes, so I was adding 5000$ plus 2000$ negative from my trade. I was ready to leave. The general manager Russ came to speak with me and was very helpful offered more rebates on my trade in, I could not help but notice this woman with the worst RBF was staring at me thru this man, it was extremely awkward and unprofessional lasted almost 3 moments, I finally just demanded my keys. When the GM left I explained to my sales person how uncomfortable I felt, he explained to me that that’s his GMs wife and she is always like that. I wanted to say calm down boo, trust me if I wanted him I could have him 😘. That was IT for me, the sales people were dressed unprofessional, the way people spoke was not appropriate, shirts hanging out, backwards hats, horrible building conditions, ceiling missing, filthy store. There was a salesman either really high or really tired he was slumped on his desk. Cars not good. Price mark up. Overall not a good atmosphere! More

Please please please do not buy from this dealership! !! We started off going to this dealership due to my husband having a friend that worked there and wanting to make him a sale. We ONLY used All Star F !! We started off going to this dealership due to my husband having a friend that worked there and wanting to make him a sale. We ONLY used All Star Ford prior to that and never had any problems. Well we purchased a Ford expedition platinum. This vehicle was in the shop about twice a week if not longer (sometimes staying days/weeks in the shop) finally the vehicle broke down on us on a bridge with our children in the vehicle in over 100 degree weather and wouldn't do anything at all. The dealership made us get our own tow and tow the vehicle to them( keep in mind we stay over an hour from Amarillo.) We got the vehicle to the the dealership and were told the car was defective. We wouldn't be out anything due to them selling us a defective vehicle. We then proceeded to pick out another vehicle (wrong thing to do should have cut ties then.) We chose a Chrysler Pacifica. Signed our paperwork and we were on our way. Only to find out that they put equity from the Expedition onto our Pacifica after telling us they wouldn't because they sold us a defective vehicle!!! Almost $10,000 worth!!! We have been trying to contact anyone possible at the dealership for over 2 months now and speaking to sales manager for around a month with no luck at all. No one will help or make it right. At this point we are considering getting a lawyer. Long story short DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE AND GET SCREWED OVER LIKE OUR FAMILY. Pay for your own tow which I have record of and end up upside down over $10,000. Go to another dealership. More
My Mazda had the Check Engine Light on. I’m from out of town, so the service center scheduled me at 8:00AM so they could get right on my car. We drove 2 1/2 hours to get them the car befo I’m from out of town, so the service center scheduled me at 8:00AM so they could get right on my car. We drove 2 1/2 hours to get them the car before 8. I reminded them I needed them to get on car quickly. After waiting over an hour, I found out they had not even started on our vehicle. We took the car and left. More
I took my Lexus RX 350 back to the dealership to get the new tires that I purchased a few days after the sale because they had to order them. I can understand that. I was also told that while they had my ca new tires that I purchased a few days after the sale because they had to order them. I can understand that. I was also told that while they had my car for 2 days that they would buff out some of the scratches and fix a piece of chrome trim that was loose on the bottom of the driver side door, detail the entire vehicle inside and out and fill up my gas tank for the inconvenience. When I picked up my car the only thing that was done was the tires. I also had to go back to the dealership prior to getting my tires to cancel a $4000 warranty that I didn't ask for and it wasn't disclosed to me at the time of purchase. The car comes with a 4 year/50k mile bumper to bumper warranty from Lexus. I didn't need a warranty. The car has a transferrable warranty from Lexus. When I brought this to the finance manager's attention he immediately asked me to sign a document to cancel the warranty and would then send the information to ANB Bank to credit that amount back to my account. Which has not happened yet. I am very disappointed that I feel taken advantage of by a local dealership that I trusted would stand by their word. I was sadly mistaken. I don't know if they think because I am a single Asian mother of two teenage boys that I don't know anything about cars because I do. I am in the customer service industry and I am appalled at how this was handled. I spent over $52k dollars on my car and was promised all the things listed and I am sure now that all I got was new tires. I didn't even get a second key and they said they could get one for another $270 dollars. Buyers beware of Mazda of Amarillo. I will gladly change my stance on this if they step up and do the right thing but as of right now, I would not recommend doing business with this dealership! More
