I understand which part my car needs, and explained this to a service representative over the phone. I was going to look at the part number and call back. When I did so, I spoke with a receptionist who had to a service representative over the phone. I was going to look at the part number and call back. When I did so, I spoke with a receptionist who had no idea what I was talking about. I brought the car in for a "diagnosis" anyway. I paid $180 for the service department to tell me which part I need, and that they are on back order. This could have been resolved over the phone. I should have pushed harder to speak with the technician. I paid $180 for information I already had. This is why I don't take my car to a dealership. This was a very frustrating and expensive ordeal and it fixed nothing. More
