After trying to schedule an appointment for inspection at the dealer that I purchased my CX5 before January 31 when the inspection expires. I went online to Mazda of Abington‘s website and was able to sched the dealer that I purchased my CX5 before January 31 when the inspection expires. I went online to Mazda of Abington‘s website and was able to schedule the appointment the next day January 28. I called to speak with a service advisor after scheduling the appointment to add some additional services. I was told that they were short staffed through the holiday but they would do the best they could. When I arrive for my schedule appointment, I spoke with Tamara CHISOLM. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She kept me informed during my short wait while the service was performed. I also received an email and text from the service technician, Andy Cardoso-Rojas with a short video of the undercarriage of the vehicle, where he explained the great condition my vehicle was in and the services that he performed. this was one of the best dealer services I have received!
