Thank for the reply but I realize what Mazda of Abington thinks is customer service and what I think is customer service is on two different levels. I believe Mazda of Abington should honor what is in the bill of sale and owed to me but it appears to me that is not going to happen. I also believe that after my repeated attempts to rectify the situation your public reply is a smoke screen to others to appear like you will take steps to rectify the situation but you will not. I pray that your business practices change for your own long term business success.
