I think the service is good. I haven’t had any negative issues up to this point. I wish they had a courtesy shuttle or Uber/lift service. 4 Everything was excellent except I spent 2 hours on Tuesday going through everything I wanted to do, picked my new lease, signed for the credit check, etc. I wasn't sure why it then took 3 hours on Wed Tuesday going through everything I wanted to do, picked my new lease, signed for the credit check, etc. I wasn't sure why it then took 3 hours on Wednesday evening to complete the transaction. I would have thought that all of the pre-work would have been done prior to the appointment on Wednesday and it would've been a lot shorter than three hours. All of the people were lovely. It was just the time that it took to finish the transactions. More
