I recently bought car from Mazda of Abington, Isaac Lee helped me with hole process, I'm so glad I met this guy, so patient and polite, he helped me in every step on the way. I forgot some paper work, and helped me with hole process, I'm so glad I met this guy, so patient and polite, he helped me in every step on the way. I took my car in for an oil change and it took 3 hours! I chose to wait at the dealership thinking that it would be an hour at most (as it was the first time I took my car in to this same dealership in Feb I chose to wait at the dealership thinking that it would be an hour at most (as it was the first time I took my car in to this same dealership in February) and I was told it would be about an hour to an hour and a half, but it wasn't until 3 hours later that I finally got my car. The person that checked me out was a technician, not a customer service representative, which only 1 was working that day. I did ask her why it took so long and her response was that they were under staffed and they had to go in the order of people's appointments, especially for those that chose the "wait at dealership" option. The entire time I was waiting for my car, I was the only one in the waiting room, so I do not understand how it took so long if no one else was there waiting. The people that I did talk to were nice, but the entire experience was just ridiculous. If the dealership is under staffed and they know it, they should not accept as many appointments in the day or make customers aware that the wait time will be longer than normal, though they should not be triple the amount of time it should take for the maintenancethey are doing. Waiting 3 hours for an oil change is absolutely ridiculous. More
