Waited about 5-6 hrs for my car to get inspected & to fix my trunk (wouldn’t open). Told everyone the trunk not opening is the effect of the battery more than once. 2 techs, 2 days & additional 2 hrs later, my trunk (wouldn’t open). Told everyone the trunk not opening is the effect of the battery more than once. 2 techs, 2 days & additional 2 hrs later, they figured out the trunk not opening was caused by the battery. Who knew! However, the service manager was super nice & understood my frustration of being inconvenienced. More
