Never met Austin and don’t recall Judson. Judson may have been a friendly person that assisted us w a bow placement for a picture of my daughter and myself with our prospective new cars. But in the end it wasn’t worth it. Taking in to account the time and set backs involved. There should be not reason to be waiting in dealership for near 5 hour to finalize sale. And my daughter’s was cleaned and pristine. My new car was quickly prepared not cleaned well because it was the end of the day (Sat). Isaac, a nice fella concerned about getting a “10” rating. Little done to deserve a perfect rating. We waited a ridiculous amount of time for financial info and completion. Would not recommend this dealership and probably will not go to this location for service. More
When this dealership/service center was Sussman, I was always satisfied with the service I received. Not anymore! My last visit was for routine service. I don't drive much, and my SUV was running perfectl always satisfied with the service I received. Not anymore! My last visit was for routine service. I don't drive much, and my SUV was running perfectly. First, they refused to honor my pre-purchased oil change card -- telling me that it had expired. The service took three times as long as estimated, and I was told that repairs that I had not been asked to approve, and which totaled over one thousand dollars, had been performed. I objected, and they told me that it was too late, the service had been performed and had been required for safety. When I reviewed my bill, i saw that I was charged twice for some services. My email coupons, presented at the time I arrived, were not honored. They had removed the charges for the unapproved services, telling me that they had not yet been performed -- contrary to what I was originally told. Worst of all -- a few days later, my daughter ran over a nail and pulled into a gas station when the tire light appeared. The service station checked the psi on all four tires. They were alarmed to report that all four tires were inflated to more than double the maximum recommended psi! They told my daughter that whomever had filled the tires was trying to kill me. That's what you get for questioning an invoice. One additional point -- when I dropped off my car, I waited as a woman was told that her repair would require a new part, and that she would be telephoned when the part arrived. She agreed, and left. While I was at the desk, someone from parts came to the front and asked the representative whether he should call the woman to get an approval on the price of the part. He was told to just order the part, no approval needed. More

I had a great experience with the sales team (specifically Chris and Jud), but I was really disappointed by the finance office process. My sales associate and I agreed on meeting at 11:00am to (specifically Chris and Jud), but I was really disappointed by the finance office process. My sales associate and I agreed on meeting at 11:00am to sign the final paperwork, and we were kept waiting until 4:30 pm before we could meet the finance manager to sign the documents. Not a great first impression. More

The entire process at the dealership took about 6 hours. I arrived at 10 and test drove a few cars until I decided I wanted to buy one. Seemed that the employees were stressed and running all over the place. I’m happy with my car but the purchasing process took way too long. Isaac and Erik were great though. More
After four (4) service visits, I continue to experience the same issues as reported to the Service Department on my first visit. I would appreciate it, if someone at the Dealership would contact me to disc the same issues as reported to the Service Department on my first visit. I would appreciate it, if someone at the Dealership would contact me to discuss my issues, with the objective to resolve the problems that I continue to experience. More
