I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this dealership. I brought in my car because the touchscreen was malfunctioning, operating on its own. They charged me $160 for a diagnosis, only to this dealership. I brought in my car because the touchscreen was malfunctioning, operating on its own. They charged me $160 for a diagnosis, only to update the software and send me on my way. Within five minutes of driving, the same problem occurred. A quick online search revealed that this is a common issue with Mazda cars, suggesting they didn't actually diagnose anything and what they did is stell 3 hours of my time plus $160. This is unacceptable! This was the third Mazda car in my house hold but will certainly be the last. More
