Very basic service at the dealership. Very slow (oil change took 2.5 hrs!) and looking to sell unnecessary services. I was told my tires need replaced and they only have 3/32” of tread an Very slow (oil change took 2.5 hrs!) and looking to sell unnecessary services. I was told my tires need replaced and they only have 3/32” of tread and when I got my caliper out, I got at least 5/32”. They rotated but didn’t balance the tires (since supposedly need replacing), why rotate and charge me double (need balancing after change)? Then should skip the entire thing. In short, I expect top notch service from the dealer and go there because I want services my car truly needs provided by trained techs, but after last few times, I think I’ll get better service at my neighborhood garage. Oh, there is no car was after service either! More
