I arrived to my scheduled appt, Rosie was more than pleasant from introduction to pick up. I was told my 2 recalls would take about 2 hours, they were done in less than an hour. My CPO Mazda CX-5 was just purchased in December 2024 and had 2 error messages pop up related to the Smart City Brake System so I brought it in here for warranty work. Unfortunately I got the Service adviso had 2 error messages pop up related to the Smart City Brake System so I brought it in here for warranty work. Unfortunately I got the Service advisor, Debbie (Deborah) Cedeno and she went on to say there will be a diagnostic fee and repair fee as well. I asked her if the car shows up on her system as CPO and she told me it is. She went on to say they don't honor the "nationwide" CPO warranty provided by Mazda themselves and to go back to the dealership I purchased the car from. CPO warranty is covered by Mazda and not the dealership... Mazda of Lodi and Debbie Cedeno needs to be investigated by Mazda Corp for not honoring Mazda CPO warranty. More
