I honestly cant understand all of the positive reviews that people wrote about their experience with Lance at Lodi. It was extremely frustrating to work with him and made the process of buying a new car a that people wrote about their experience with Lance at Lodi. One of the first things I had asked to be able to do was to test drive the car because I had never owned a mazda or driven in one. For some reason, he refused to allow us to do so unless we agreed on price. I can understand where he is coming from, but as a consumer and customer, this was not how I was comfortable proceeding. I also must mention that he was unresponsive to several of the message that my fiance left for him when he called to try to work out a deal and talk more about the car. He definitely has a strong personality and seems to know more than the average Joe about his cars, but can be tough to work with. More
