Mazda Of Lodi responded

This customer came into our location in order to see his options on a bigger mazda CX7 vehicle. He owed more than what the value was on his Mazda 2 vehicle, so he was shown options without including his Mazda 2 as he would not have been approved due to the negative equity. He was never pressured into buying the CX7 vehicle and now he want's to use us as a scapegoat for his decision on getting into a second loan. The following comments never happened and are just more attempts to place blame on the dealership. Mazda of Lodi treated this customer with the upmost respect where customer was very satisfied the day of his purchase. You can see from other reviews how mazda of Lodi has satisfied many customers over the years.

Typical dealer answer and a lie. The above did happen, I was extremely pressured, and most dealers would combine the remaining loan into the new loan. The salesman admitted in his own words "I am being pushy cause it's the last day of the month". This response right here proves my claim of them being dishonest. Yes, there are many other reviews here, but those people just haven't realized yet they have been ripped off. And again, judging from the response we got for them just to save face, I don't even want to go back there for service or parts. Add "does not want to resolve issues with customers and feels customers are always wrong" to the list of negative attributes to this dealer.

Mazda Of Lodi responded

This particular customer came into Mazda of Lodi several times in order to purchase a Pre-owned Mazda CX9 vehicle. After meeting with several salespeople, he purchased the vehicle which was traded in with one key. This was explained to the customer at which point he declined to take delivery of the vehicle. He asked for his down payment which was refunded then came back the following day just to ask us again for the same deal that we initially gave him. Unfortunately vehicle was already sold to another customer. Mazda of Lodi treated this customer with the upmost respect and yet customer was not satisfied. You can see from other reviews how mazda of Lodi has satisfied many customers over the years.
