Mazda City gave us a handsome trade-in allowance and made us feel at home. Eric has a solid organization backing him up, and we were treated in a courteous, friendly and professional fashion. The icing on the cake is that Eric does a great job of explaining new technology, and is available by phone to offer support and advice almost any time. It was as seamless a process as we've ever had purchasing or leasing a car. I appreciate the honesty up front, and we have also been very pleased with our car. Mazda City is a beautiful dealership; everyone was very kind and helpful.
