In 50 years of buying mostly new cars, this was one of our best experiences. First, we clicked with our salesman, Aaron. But beyond that, he showed us what we wanted to see and understand, didn’t go thr our best experiences. First, we clicked with our salesman, Aaron. When we got back inside to talk a deal, things progressed quickly and without any pressure whatsoever (!!!). He got a proposal to sell, and I took maybe 5 minutes to make a counter offer, one I considered reasonable, no game playing. Salesman went back to sales manager and was back within minutes with an acceptable offer, which we immediately accepted. No game playing with delays. Discussions of how to arrange payment were quick, easy and built on mutual trust. Note that this is the first time we have ever purchase a car the same day we looked at it. Both Aaron and Luis, the Sales Director, get two thumbs up. As does the entire dealership, because the values and approach we saw today come from the top down. More
