They're responsive and want your business in the beginning, but then once you buy the vehicle, once you leave there they're almost non-responsive and won't help you. I bought a Ford F-150 and it has beginning, but then once you buy the vehicle, once you leave there they're almost non-responsive and won't help you. I bought a Ford F-150 and it has water/moisture inside the tail light. The day I bought it was raining, And then they washed it, So I assumed it was from either the rain or the wash. But now 10 days later the moisture is still there and getting worse. They won't make it right. They said I have to pay for it on my own. It's going to be about $1,400 to replace the light fixture. The crazy part is I have 3 warranties. I have a 30-day 1,000 mile warranty with Group1 dealership. I have a 90-day 4000 mile blue advantage Ford bullcrap warranty as well. And then I purchased a 5-year 48,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty so they call call it through Ford. ALL 3 of which they say will not cover it. This is a bunch of xx that they won't make it right, since I haven't even had the truck but 10 days, and let them know almost right away. So i would definitely stay away from them and not recommend them to family or friends or anyone. Don't believe any of the lies they feed you. The part that really gets me is that they will feed you any bull crap to get the sale. They will tell you things like "IF ANYTHING happens with your vehicle within the 1000 mile or 4,000 mile warranty we'll take care of it for you". LIES LIES LIES!! Because they ain't taking care of anything. STAY AWAY!! More

It took a couple of days to get it to a tech for a warranty claim but that's to be expected these days. My service writer, Freddy, responded by quickly SMS, whenever I texted him.
