First time I bring my Buick in for an oil change and the service rep that assisted me, Shannee, was amazing and the service was excellent and to.my surprise fast! Since purchasing my Buick at a Buick dealership, I’ve had many issues not only with the car, but also with the service department. IWe’ve always been a Ford family and have purchased several vehicles from Jose Ochoa and regret purchasing from Buick! In fact while at Maxwell today, I saw a Maverick that I would love to purchase, however recently been widowed, I can’t afford paying more than $26K for a 2025 model. Anyway, it was certainly a pleasure going back to Ford!!! Thank You!! More
