I have brought 3 different trucks over the last 12 years to this dealership and have never felt ripped off until now. I booked an oil change and tire rotation online like I always do. This time that same to this dealership and have never felt ripped off until now. I booked an oil change and tire rotation online like I always do. This time that same service was 3-4 times as much as I’ve ever paid previously. They also uncover ed $5k of repairs that were required. I was just there in July 2025 and everything checked out as no repairs needed. I only drove about 2k miles since July and I’m positive those repairs were needed back then when a lot of the repairs would have been covered under the mfg. warranty. The warranty expired in August. You’ve lost a long term customer. I will never be back. I’d give zero stars if possible. More
I have a brand new 2025 F150. I received a recall notice for a software update. I was hoping it was for the 360 backup camera. The one that shows the view from above. Since receiving the truck last month, this feature has had a black dark side on the left. I waited an hour and a half. That’s OK, I was told there was a backup. But when I got in the truck, there was nothing fixed. This is a $70,000 vehicle. Disappointing from Ford. And disappointing that the dealership couldn’t fix the problem. More
