Our service manager was great, Lynne. My biggest disappointment had to do with scheduling the valet. Pick-up went beautifully. I was told I’d have my car the next day and when it was ready was told the drop-off wasn’t possible. I was then made to feel guilty that I was insisting it be dropped off as promised. The manager, Andrew, basically told me there were no guarantees, the service was free, and if I wanted my car back as promised, I’d have to pick it up myself. Without spending money on an Uber, that wasn’t possible .. so I acquiesced and agreed to delivery the next morning. Really left a bad taste in my mouth for customer service. More

Dealt with 3 different service rep and all were helpful and respectful. A Tech even rode with me trying to figure out what the mystery noise could be.
