I brought in my car for a recall. Had an appt for later in the month and was called to bring car earlier. Appt for Aug 30 at 11 am. Came in at 11:15 am. Obviously I was upset , and was told car would be ready today Saturday efore LABOR DAY. I CALLED THE DEALERSHIP, INITIALLY WAS HANG UP. CALLED BACK WAS TOLD ME A “ Rudy ( I think) would call back right away. It has been over 10 min. I think it is relevant to say that been a physician that works in Hospitals, I can NOT BE UNAVAILABLE FOR 5 days , just in case. Have been waiting for the call over 15. Minutes. Nothing. I will never go back again. Maxon advertised a very good price on a used EV car for which I had been looking; the price was low enough that I would qualify for the “clean vehicle credit” of $3,750. I confirmed the car was available and made an appointment for a test drive. The car definitely needed to be cleaned, but the salesman said that could be done while we waited, and it drove well, so I said I would take it. That’s when the problems began; the salesman quoted a price that was more than $9,000 over the advertised price! When I said that’s nothing like the advertised price, he tried to say that the advertised price doesn’t include $4000 for conditioning (which, remember, could be done while we waited), and that we weren’t eligible for 2 discounts (which were not mentioned in the advertisement.) It was clear to me that they had no intention of selling for anything like the advertised price. As if that wasn’t bad enough, during the discussion I pointed out that the price they were quoting was too high to get the “clean vehicle credit”, so they were asking me to pay not just $9,000 more, but almost $13,000 more on a net basis! When I brought this up they claimed to have never heard of the “clean vehicle credit”! Are these people really in the business of selling cars but they haven’t heard of the clean vehicle credit? Do they think car buyers are that stupid? More

Once we arrived Saad showed us the car we went for a ride check oil light was on and brakes went to the floor we were told the car was serviced...obvious lie....and didn't honor the online price actual price was 27500. Be aware ! Read reviews. I do believe this place was reputable a few years ago. Sleazy scammers. You give Salespeople a bad name. More

Today I bought a 2021 Kia Sportage at Maxon Hyundai. The experience was the best I have had. I test drove the car which was in pristine condition. Hello, it's a terrible experience with this Maxon Hyundai dealership. Pam McClellan, at 908-485-1462 (not sure who is this but they asked us to call her after a bad review on Google), we left 4 voice message dealership. If you are going to look any car you like be sure it's gonna be $10,000 extra. They are so disrespectful to their clients. We came from Pennsylvania to see the car they put on carfox for $14.500, after test driving we decided to buy this car and they told us $10,000 extra. Don't trust these people and don't waste your time. More

DROVE AN HOUR TO THE DEALERSHIP !!!! to find out when I got there they actually had NONE IN STOCK!!! The sale man said they didn't have them in but they had another model car to show me. BAIT AND SWITCH AT ITS FINEST. Then they had the audacity to call me and tell me as soon as they get them in they will give me a call. ARE YOU SERIOUS you just wasted two hours of my time driving back and forth and you think for a second I'm going to give you of my money. More
