Service Dept Unprofessional,Rude,Disrespectful!! salesman was great he showed me a bunch of vehicles in my price range and helped me decide which one would be the best fit..one week after having the salesman was great he showed me a bunch of vehicles in my price range and helped me decide which one would be the best fit..one week after having the car i noticed its shaking now so i call up to the service dept and they gave me an appointment to come in so they can look at the car..i make it to my appointment on time the representatives never greeted me and when i approached the they all we’re very rude and unprofessional, even in the waiting area customers are complaining about how the reps are rude and unprofessional...so after waiting nearly three hours a mechanic finally come to tell me about the car and he tells me the car is just shaking because it’s breathing and that the shaking will not cause any problems..2 weeks later car is shaking more now so i call to get it seen have to wait a wk for another appointment once again i get there on time the service rep Jon or Ron was very rude telling me that the car is way out of warranty so i have to pay 230$ for them to check the car i explain to him i had this car for one month and i was recently here for the same issue and they told me my complaints about the car weren’t gonna be a problem so i don’t understand why my car is shaking more and he’s arguing with me saying i causes damage on the car i ask for a manager he doesn’t want to call the manager he tells me to wait after waiting for 2 hours i go to check for an update he’s still rude and he yells out my car is being checked so another 2 hours pass he finally come back to tell me that my car now has 4major issues that needs to be fixed that wasn’t messed up two weeks ago i tell him i find that hard to believe because the shaking is what caused this and he tell me that the car wasn’t shaking the first time i brought it in he’s upset because i know the car was shaking and i tell him that’s the reason i came in it should be on file and i say so when i first came no one fixed the problem when i complained about the shaking he gets upset and he tells me I’m responsible so i have to pay! so i have to speak with a sales manager because the guy doesn’t want to bring his manager to the front..once the salesman that sold me the car verified that i did come one wk after purchasing the car and even mentioned it to him that it was shaking the manager went to the service dept to see why they are giving me a hard time, now they tell him that it was a hair brush and 2 sticks in between my battery which is not true i never took the car to another place because i was supposed to have a warranty there so i was under the impression they would fix any issues.i never had a bad car service like this before it’s beyond ridiculous that the people in service would plant things under the hood or Just plan lie like that just to not have to do their job! The disrespect from the service dept i will not allow!i will be seeking legal advice!i will not send family or friends back there!i called multiple times asking to speak wit corporate or to get a phone number for their corporate office and they constantly give me incorrect information or hang up! Never again! Only reason i gave one star is because i had to pick at least one to be able to leave my review they don’t deserve any stars for the service that was provided! More
You lost my car!?! So I had dropped my car off at service to have something minor done. My appointment was at 11 am. When 2:30 rolled around and I didn’t hear from them I decided to call. When I got on the phone with a female in service she proceeded to tell me my car wasn’t there! She said I dropped it off at the wrong place and it wasn’t there. So now I’m furious because I been a customer for 4 years and I know I brought it to the right place and you can’t find my car. I asked to speak to her manager when I got this not caring gentleman on the phone. He also said they couldn’t find my car or keys! Now I’m in panic mode and this guy didn’t seem to care one bit that my car is “missing”. He said he was going to go find it and call me back! I get a call back in about 5 minutes saying that they found my car but since I missed my appointment he couldn’t look at my car! Now I didn’t miss my appiontment!! They messed up! He said he was very busy and that it might take now 2 or 3 days before he could look at it! When I asked for a loner he told me he couldn’t give me one since they were all out! This guy could care less about the inconvenience he had caused me! I ended up having to go pick up my car UNSERVICED since mr. Busy pants couldn’t get to it. When I got there to pick it up not only was he rude but spoke to me like I was an idiot! Now I still need my car serviced but you better bet it won’t be with them! The sales team is amazing but the service department SUCKS! Better think twice before you bring your car there! More
