When we got there, the sales manager tried to tell us we had to purchase a window etching warranty. It was on the workup sheet. Finally, he gave up and said we weren't required to get it. I ran interest rates on auto loans based on my credit worthiness. He told me the best he could do was 4.99%. probably capital one gave them the biggest kickback. Later I refinanced with my hometown bank for 3.05%.hmmmm. other promises were broken by the salesperson and the attached BMV. Bought the car on July 14th. Today is September 7th. Still have no plates or registration. I could write more..... More

Professional but not friendly The service rep was professional but not welcoming or friendly. I have been a customer of Maxon for over 8 eight years. This is the worst service I have received form them. The service rep was barely civil. I asked if there was a discount for the oil change as I always get a discount as I had bought both my new vehicles from Maxon. The rep said no and that only the service manager could authorized a discount but he never even checked with the service manager. Instead he asked if he should delete the oil change and just left the recall. I had to ask him to go check with the service manager about the discount, which he finally did. When he returned he said the service manage authorized it but his attitude and demeanor was just rude. I asked for a courtesy ride home as the wait was over two hour and was rudely told that I would have to wait as the driver just left. Service at Maxon was always professional and friendly. This new staff is different. I believe you can be professional and welcoming. I will not be returning to Maxon unless it is for another recall. I will get my oil change and other service needs elsewhere. More
