I visited almost every dealership on route 22 during the prior week with Maxon being the second stop and after several other disappointing experiences I returned to Maxon. Maxon was the only dealership to make me feel welcome from the moment I stepped through the doors and not jusyvthe salesperson helping me, but the entire staff. Everyone here greeted with a smile and kind word as opposed to many of the other places where I felt the employees played rock, paper, scissors in the back to see who would HAVE to help me. This is the 4th car purchased by my family from Maxon in the last 13 years and i can honestly say it was a pleasant experience every time. More

Car was there over a month. My car was there for over a month. And when I spoke to my service representative he said he would take care of a few other small things like the clips My car was there for over a month. And when I spoke to my service representative he said he would take care of a few other small things like the clips for my bumper and my car would be detailed because of the amount of time they had my car. None of these things were taken care of. If a dealership has my car for over a month you would think they would do the right thing and you would get your car back as if it was brand new. I brought it in because my car had 6 recalls. Yes six! More
First service after purchase I was contacted by email regarding my "first service" after purchasing my Santa Fe in June. I hadn't driven enough miles so the appointment was postp I was contacted by email regarding my "first service" after purchasing my Santa Fe in June. I hadn't driven enough miles so the appointment was postponed and I brought it in at just over 3400 miles this week. I frankly thought that my first service would be complimentary as my previous vehicles purchased and leased at Maxon were, (coupon booklets)but when I arrived at my appointment I was told my salesperson would have given me or emailed me something to that effect. Well, I didn't have such a thing so I just had the service done anyway. Car wash was elective and just got the basic grime off. All in all it was a good service, however, we waited a long time, approx. 1hr 15min. from checkin. and the check-in person gave me a $10.00 discount for the wait, I guess. She was pleasant and accommodating. More
