I visited the car dealership ship on a Friday night after work with no intention Thank you Route 22 Maxon for the easiest car buying experience ever. I visited the car dealership ship on a Friday night after work with no intention of actually buying a car that evening, just wanted to look around at the options and maybe go on a test drive. I was greeted by Nick who quickly took me to check out the Mazda CX3 and CX5 which I told him I was interested in. After cancelling out the CX5 due to size, he allowed me to test out the CX3 which had a smaller inside than I wanted. When I mentioned going to Honda instead, Nick asked me what I really wanted in a car. I appreciated his honestly when he suggested I check out the Hyundai Elantra. It turned out to be an excellent recommendation. He immediately let me test drive the car and I knew this was the car I wanted and it came equipped with everything I needed. I appreciate the honesty of this dealership and the fact that they aren’t pushy or aggressive. They allow the customer to shop and make suggestions based on what the customer wants. I felt very at ease and comfortable. Happy to be a part of the Hyundai family. More

Vehicle I have been a customer from Maxin Hyundai sincerely May 2018 when I purchase my first car... when I purchase the vehicle I mentioned to the seller tha I have been a customer from Maxin Hyundai sincerely May 2018 when I purchase my first car... when I purchase the vehicle I mentioned to the seller that I wanted s vehicle that had Bluetooth etc.... which was made aware to me in the vehicle that I currently own. The vehicle had a dent on the front hood and the front bumper cement out after a week of driving the car and after I spoke to the seller he just provided me with the Matt for the vehicle which he said was worth 100 (a good friend of mine purchase a pre owned vehicle there 2 week prior and was given the Matt on the day of) After a few weeks into the vehicle I wasent aware that I would not be able to update my vehicle to have apple car play (a seller did not explain that to me) and blue link did not have it as well (even although it has a blue link sticker on the vehicle which he explained to me as well) I just purchase my vehicle at maxon because I didn’t had other options for the vehicle I wanted... I’m paying my bills on times every month but the first chance I get I will trade this to a 2019 but a different Hyundai that would treat its customer better. More
