The people were very friendly (hence the two stars and not one) and not pushy but when it comes to numbers, they lie in your face. They make you feel very comfortable with great conversation. They tell you they can get you what you want but at the end of the day they try to rush when you’re signing and reading the terms and conditions and contract. There is also no “cooling off” period so after really reviewing everything and realizing how much I ACTUALLY paid for the car, I’m stuck with it. Yes, I should have paid more attention but after sitting there for hours and 11pm approaching, I was tired. Was hoping to do better business. Please stay far away from this dealership or take someone who is very experienced at buying cars. Will never recommend to anyone. Instead, I will be advertising on social media on every platform I have for everyone to stay FAR AWAY. Edit: After review of my contract, I was double charged for the “service contract fee” The finance worker told me that it was an error booked by the system. They ripped up my previous contract and I ended up paying $4200 less. I also opted out of the GAP insurance for $750. A little more happy with the company, but it makes you wonder how many other people they double charged and never noticed. People please pay close attention to the fees and services you are charged for. More

Don’t believe the website So my husband and I were looking to purchase a new Acadia. The salesman was very nice and showed us many. Then it came time to talk money. Unfortunate So my husband and I were looking to purchase a new Acadia. The salesman was very nice and showed us many. Then it came time to talk money. Unfortunately this is where it goes down hill. After being unable to negotiate a fair price, we inquired about one that was listed in the website. They were unable to figure why the car was listed at the price it was. Finally they told us that they would honor the price. The car was brought to us to see and it was the wrong vehicle. The one in the computer could not be located. In the end we did not purchase any car from there since the price kept changing and the trade in amount kept getting less along with the incentive amounts. We were told the car on the website had last months incentives and they were working on it immediately to fix the website. Yet when I checked today the cars are still listed the same way. Deception and lies do not make a business successful! More
