Dear Topher973 - I apologize for this incident. Just so you don't feel slighted, Saturdays' are extremely busy for The Sales Dept as well as The Service Dept. You didn't mention if you took a test drive or not. Scheduling an appointment on another day is better for you so we have the time to address your concern and service is only open until 5pm on Saturdays. .
