Horrible I scheduled an appointment online to have my car inspected (five point inspection), oil/filter change for 49.95. I also noted that the wheel shakes when slowing down from high speeds and that my car has trouble starting up on occasion. The receptionist acted like I didn’t tell her that before handing her my keys so none of that was checked. What did I pay for a diagnostic for then? I asked to speak to the manager who was kind and told me to bring it back to complete the job. To make a long story short I ended up paying $200 and was completely mislead with lousy service. Maybe it’s not a GMC protocol but every company that I have leased vehicles from, if my car has gone in for any kind of service whether recall or regular it has been returned washer clean and shining.
