The dealer that always says one thing and does another. I have been coming to your dealer for service on my 2012 Buick Enclave since I putchased it in 2016. There have been some good points and then there are some bad. My major complaint is that on 3 occassions of bringing my truck in for service under the warranty i was told I could get a loaner only to show up and there is a story about no loaners available, "the manager/owner took them out to sale as demos and they have not replenished the loaner inventory ". That is huge inconvenience for me when I much needed running around that requires me to have a vehicle to do so. 2 times this resulted in me having to rent a car to just get around for work with no empathy from your establishment outside of a snarky "I know, I am sorry". THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE, PEOPLE EXPECT EXCELLENT SERVICE AND THEY ARE SPENDING THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY!🙄🤔😣🤯 More

Always a good experience The Union team always goes the extra mile. Service is easy to schedule and they do their best to work with you and make the experience pleasurable. This review is for service visit on 10/18/18. Nightmare!!! Service was a nightmare. My vehicle was one of first in, 9:30am and it was the very last out 7pm. Work on vehicle is not complete. It was not even dia Service was a nightmare. My vehicle was one of first in, 9:30am and it was the very last out 7pm. Work on vehicle is not complete. It was not even diagnosed by 5:15pm. Work order was not complete. I continue to have "service airbag"pop up and dash warning. They forgot to put issue on work order! Serious supervision is required in service Dept. What a dissapointment. Explanations of having had a busy day and a lot of work to do is not acceptable. If there was so much work that you would not have time fo fix my vehicle I should have been so informed when I brought in. I would have gone to another GMC for service. I've been buying vehicles for fifty(50) years I've never experienced such poor service. Sad! More

Although not all additional costs were disclosed at time of agreement and financing paperwork had incorrect information that was discovered by us, which ultimately rated a 3 of 4 stars. More

Fix it right Had repairs made and while repkacing the transmission the mechanic bumped the oil pan causing a leak. I returned two days later about the leak and the Had repairs made and while repkacing the transmission the mechanic bumped the oil pan causing a leak. I returned two days later about the leak and the service department would fix the oil pan leak at no cost to me, just a convenience that my vehicle repair takes 5 hours to repair. More

It’s cramped with poor ventilation. Suggest you invest a little money and use the space better. What was otherwise a 5 Star encounter was really tarnished. I’ve been in planet Honda and Acura of Springfield waiting areas on 22 recently and both are substantially nicer. More
